To add team members, simply scroll down to the âEnrolled Usersâ section on this page, click on the âUsersâ drop down and select to add either one or multiple users. Add your team member details and click on âAdd & Invite usersâ at the end. Your team members will then receive an email with a link to the course.
Upon completion of the course in our Inspiring Pedagogy area, a certificate will be sent via email to you. You can also download your certificate directly from the My Account page.
Yes they will, but for this to happen, you need to invite the educators to the course.
The educators will get a separate login to access the course and upon completion using their own login, a certificate will be emailed to them.
Please be sure to check spam or junk folders as itâs possible that the email was directed there by accident. If there is still no email in your mailbox, and you have successfully invited the educators, the educator can proceed to Early Childhood Irelandâs Learning Hub login page, enter the invited email address, and reset the password. After resetting the password, they can then access the course.
We aim to develop courses that are both interactive and engaging. The timeline to complete courses will vary, depending on the nature of each course. Courses are developed so you can:
- Access them at any time
- Log in from any location
- Learn at your own pace
- Go back to review and reflect on materials as needed
Each course is individually developed, and the delivery method may vary from time to time.
Yes, Early Childhood Irelandâs Learning Hub has courses which will be recognised for your Quality Action Plans.
The estimated value of completing the full range of training is over âŹ1,000 per person. However, Early Childhood Ireland members, and their staff, can avail of most courses on Early Childhood Irelandâs Learning Hub free of charge. Please note that some courses have practical components which may incur fees â these will be flagged in advance of booking. We believe that Early Childhood Irelandâs Learning Hub offers significant savings for our members, as well as convenience for educators.

Learn hosts a range of courses divided into nine Skills Programmes.Â
You can also see your progress and your certificates here.
You need to complete the full online course before you can complete the assessment/practical element of the course. Once you have completed the online element, the practical assessment will turn green so that this element can then be completed.
When you have passed the assessment of your course, the Certification badge will be green. Click the badge to view and download your certificate.
Login to Early Childhood Ireland’s Professional Practice area.
Once logged in, click on âManageâ and then âUsersâ. Search for the userâs email to make sure that they donât already exist.When you have confirmed that they donât exist then you can select âAdd User’.
Fill out the form with user details, take care to capitalise the first letter in the name and surname as this will how the name will appear on certificates. Select the user role and click next.
Under “Learner’s location” your county and service will be displayed. If you manage more that one service you need to select where the new user works.
Once you have done this, you must add at least one progamme from the Learner’s programme list. You can either click âSelect Allâ or select the programs individually. The selected programmes will show with a green square.Â
Once you have reviewed what you are assigning the user, click âConfirmâ. The userâs details will be displayed after you click confirm.
