The resource is organised under the following areas:

  1. Reading the Signs of Stress and Reframing ‘Behaviours’ We’ll define co-regulation and distinguish it from self-control and compliance
  2. Recognising the Stressors: We’ll discuss the role of stress in our lives, emphasising it is about managing, not eliminating, stress.
  3. Reduce the Stress: We’ll explore five domains of self-regulation: biological, emotional, cognitive, social and prosocial.
  4. Reflect: Enhance Stress Awareness: We’ll explore the practice of reflection and its importance in our own self-care.
  5. Developing Strategies: We’ll explore recognising stressors and developing resilience strategies.
